Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” It was with these inspirational words from Mark Twain that I made the decision to move to Spain five years ago. As an American girl living in Barcelona, I love exploring this new continent and discovering the adventures that life in a different country can bring.

Shake It Out
This is a song I like a little more every time I hear it. Listening to it while running by the beach today made me think that it's also a pretty a good song to start a new year . . . (Thanks for another great one, Tessa! :)
